Refund policy

You can return or exchange your order, provided that the product(s) is unopened and undamaged. Please note that we can only accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the day of delivery. 

We recommend that you contact our SkarTreatment (shop@skartreatment.com) customer care team as soon as possible to initiate the process. In this case all expenses need to be borne by the customer.
